The intensity of the workouts.

After 8 weeks of being on this program I’ve gained 10 pounds of muscle. My bench has gone from 315 to 370 and my deadlift has gone from 475 to 545. The program is easy to use and seems to be perfect for me. I recommend this program to lifters of all skill levels. Ryan took the time to customize the program to my busy work schedule. Spend the money and get yourself on the right track to get stronger!

Top Notch!

This program is truly top Notch! Ryan puts in the time and effort into each individual program. He takes into consideration several variables such as Your specific goals, Experience Level, gym equipment , previous injuries, and time allotment while making the programs. I sent him videos of my squat, bench, and deadlift. He broke them down in detail as to what needs improvement and how to fix it.I bought the 16 week program. Everything is explained in detail and he gives you the exact weight to do for each set. No guess work involved and easy to follow. Have been getting stronger every workout. Will definitely buy again

Comprehensive and Clear

I haven't begun my program yet, but I am quite pleased with the process to get it and the plan itself. The questions on Mathias' google form were smart and gave me confidence that he would write a plan for me that was specific and appropriate. Mathias has been responsive and clear when replying to my questions. I also really appreciate his feedback on the videos of my lifts.

The plan itself is comprehensive right down to the number of minutes for each stretch and my warm-up and platform weights for meet day.

I will submit a new review after I have competed in November, but no matter how I do, I feel that this program is a great value!

Great layout and structure

Every workout for each week is put in an easy to follow table. It's not like other programs from excel that you have to scroll all over the place to find out what to do each week. I can tell he put a lot f time into making these so it is easer for us to follow.
