Feeling Better & Stronger!

GREAT workout Ryan wrote for me accompanied by a willingness to field questions I had about it. What a tremendous motivator.

I have lost 25 pounds and continue to get stronger at 58. Feels great. I went to the doctor's office last week and he complimented me on my workout commitment and told me he wanted me to stay on what I had been doing.

Incredible progress!!!

I'm only 5 weeks in and I am already making incredible gains! I thought I was doing fine making my own workouts but this is next level! Love the strength of simplicity

I had completed the Powerlifting program by Mathias Method which got me interested in a custom program. I had my 8 week custom program in two days which allowed me to start when I wanted to and it was tailored to what I had available in my home gym. Ryan is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with constructive assistance on how to adjust my lifts to generate/gain more power.
