Great Stuff

The Mathias method books are super helpful and this one is no different. I really like all the different tips and techniques the book offers for warming up. It really is a extensive breakdown of a proper warm up and its relation to a lifting program.
Coupled with another mathias method lifting program this is really going to help reach the goals you're wanting.
Highly recommend!

Good review

The information in the this book is a good review for the basic movements that should be performed before you begin to perform any exercise. Having these available in an easy to read book that I can take to the gym helps me to remember to performs some of these movements before I begin my training.

Actually delivers useful information!

Unlike many other ebooks that I have read, this one actually has a wealth of information that you can use!
As a certified sports nutritionist, I am skeptical of many exercise-related how-to guides. Many tell you what they promise for the first 2/3 of the book, then finally get to some mediocre information at the end.
This warm-up guide was well written, with detailed explanations of warm-up routines for specific workout purposes. I also appreciate the fact that the author took the time to write out specifically how to do each exercise.
I am excited to try these for myself and recommend them to the athletes I coach.
