"The Daily 30" "The Mathias Method"
Awesome!!! I'm 53 years old and will be 54 this May. I have had ruptured disc L4, L5 in my lower back and arthritic knees. This program helped me to walk down stairs normal not sideways. It helped to elevate my lower back pain and get me moving again.
I feel so much better I have started lifting weights again. I have also decided that no matter what I will always do some type of exercise.
I also purchased his other books and built a gym in my garage. I'm even deadlifting again with a little wider stance. I'm loving life again and not hurting.
I believe in his training methods and his philosophy. You will not be disappointed.

Great Stuff!

The Mathias method books are super helpful! I really like all the different tips and techniques the books offer. It really is an extensive breakdown of a proper workout methods and its relation to a lifting program.
Plus, any mathias method lifting program is really going to help reach the goals you're wanting.

I have all of the Mathias Method books! I live in the gym by the information provided by Ryan in all his books. The information Ryan provides is clear and easy to understand. His workout programs are amazing and very easy to follow.
This one being my favorite to create my Powerlifting programs, plus the guy on the cover looks like a BEAST!
The Base of Strength is an amazing way to fulfill your goals of getting, being, and staying strong. There are few resources out there willing to offer all of this information for an affordable price. But this is one of them!
I highly recommend these for anyone wanting to up their game in the gym!

One of the most optimal base-building programs out there!

This one of the most optimal base-building programs you can run when looking to enter into any strength sports endeavor.
The program is simple and easy to follow and addresses all of the muscle groups used so that you walk away from this program with very little weaknesses.
I highly recommend this program over other base-building programs like Starting Strength or StrongLifts 5x5 because it is well-balanced and even teaches you how to warm up properly and how to change exercise variations.
Overall, this is a solid program for beginner lifters and even advanced lifters who want to go back to the basics and brush on techniques.
