16-Week Powerlifting Program Details:

This is the exact Powerlifting Program the author Ryan J. Mathias and his team of Strength Warriors (men, women and teen powerlifters) have used for years to prepare for every Powerlifting Meet! It has worked really well and given them a lot of success. So we know it will do the same for you!

This is a 4-day per week, 16-Week Full Power Powerlifting Program that is designed to increasing your Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift strength all at once. In it, I will guide you through the exact work you need to do in order to reach your new Max Strength in all 3 lifts!

With this program, there is no crazy new powerlifting technique being tested out. We only use what actually works and has worked successfully for many years. That means smart programming with constant regulated progression, using only the most effective strength training exercises.

Each Main Lift (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift) will be trained twice weekly, with Squats and Deadlifts rotating focus. Plus, all of your sets, reps, and accessory exercises are already programmed for you based on your current 1 Rep Maxes (with room for adjustment as needed).

This Powerlifting Program has 3 Phases:

  1. Volume Phase (4-weeks)
  2. Strength Phase (8-weeks)
  3. Max Phase (4-weeks)

If needed, you can trim off the Volume Phase, and even a few weeks of the Strength Phase, to accommodate specific Powerlifting Meet dates. But the more of the program that you do, the better your results.

Also, this program is meant to be used repeatedly, as you continuously improve your lifts over and over again. After you finish one 16-week cycle, simply take a week to recover, if needed, then begin again!

Pushing my limits

I followed full power for my last meet and set national records in the squat, bench and total. I'll be following it for the nationals in July. The Lord willing I'm hoping to try for some world records, get program thanks.

The Holy Grail of Strength Programs!

I just finished week 16. I did not want this to be one of those "I just got the book and it looks great!" reviews lol smh. I have spent my entire adult life, over 30 years, looking for the right program. I have used every well-known program out there, every one. They all have inherent weaknesses: not specific enough, lifting too heavy all the time, not having enough variety, you name it. Experienced lifters know that there has to be a framework, but there has to be a variety within the framework, there have to be heavy weights but not always and the seemingly impossible task is putting it all together. This program/book comes the closest to any that I have ever seen. You will also find you get in incredible shape in general that "in shape "feeling that all of us know and love. Never in my entire life have I improved this much from a program. I gained 30 pounds on my deadlift, 30 pounds on the squat, 20 pounds on my bench press! For those who have been in the iron game for a while you know that those are incredible gains in 4 months and this is only my first time through!

This program 100% works! Strength is out the roof!

First let me start off with saying that I plateaued at a 405 deadlift and 315 squat along with a 265 touch and go bench. After going on this program (I’m about 2/3) of the way through, my new squat is currently at 365 for a daily single, 280 paused bench and 445 deadlift. Can’t wait to see what my #’s will be once I pr on my meet day but I’m confident they will be much higher than what they are at currently.
I was also suffering from a torn rotator cuff and the training methods for rotator cuff work was simply amazing, easy to conceptualize.
If you haven’t purchased this program you are seriously missing out on massive strength gains!

Plateaus blasted!

Fantastic program. I have been lifting for around 5 years and have been stuck on my big three for nearly two years. I have tried so many 3-4 month programs with literally no gains strength wise, just over training and bordering injury. With the Full Power program I have made an increase of 20kg on squat and deadlift and 15kg gain on bench press! The 4th week deloads are crucial for recovery and prevent over training. I will rest a few days and recalculate my percentages and go again! Enjoyable, varied and extremely effective! Hard work pays off!

Excellent program

This program is very descriptive and actually works!!
Just be honest with what your MAX is when you start. The program is based off of percentages compared to your max. Some days will be easy and others will be hard. Just stick to the plan no matter how easy or hard and watch the magic happen!!!
I’m in week 10 of 16 and my bench press has increased by 30lbs, my squat has increased by 40lbs, and my deadlift has increased by 40lbs as well.
