In Base Of Strength, you will be training 3-4 times per week, using the most effective strength and muscle building lifts, with straightforward programming.
Each of the Main Lifts (Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift) will be trained twice per week with varying intensities to allow for optimal recovery, while still getting in a lot of muscle building work.
Whether you choose too pack on the pounds or maintain the same bodyweight, these workouts will force you to get stronger like never before through optimal training and recovery!
You can expect to add plates to your max lifts, not just pounds!
